Grounded

despite all the dismal concerns hanging by my shoulder most of the time this year, i have one very good thing to be thankful to God, besides for my family and friends. amidst the paranoia, pressures at work, and expensive taxi fares and food, there are moments in between that are peaceful, where i could smile and appreciate the little good things in life. moments that would last an hour, a minute, a few breaths, that i could say it is still a beautiful world and life is worth living.
